The hotel comprises of 311 rooms and 46 suites, of which the Ducal Residences are 34 rooms and 17 suites.

The hotel offers 8 restaurants and 9 bars allowing guests to enjoy a unique and extensive culinary experience.

Miniclub service for children between 3 and 12 years – opening times 10am to 6pm and each week there is a different programme on.
Facilties includes 2 tennis courts, 2 paddle tennis courts, a squash court, jogging circuit, beach volleyball, archery, darts, oing pong, boules, giant chess, mountain biking, aqua gym, aerobics, Pilates, dance classes. At the beach they offer hang gliding, jet ski, parascending, water sports, diving, windsurfing, sailing, water ski, deep sea sport fishing.

The hotel also offer Bahia del Duque Spa which opened it doors on 2009.
