HOTEL POLICIES:

• Check-in: 4 p.m.

• Check-out: 11 a.m.

• All guest rooms are non-smoking

• Valet parking only at $30 nightly

• Deposit policy: All reservations are subject to an advance deposit at time of booking, equal to one night’s room and tax charges to be applied to the last night of the original reservation.

• Cancellation policy: Cancel 72 hours prior to arrival local hotel time to avoid a cancellation penalty of one night, plus tax. Holiday period cancelation policy may vary.

• Resort fee: A resort fee of $17.95 per room, per night (exclusive of tax) will apply to your booking. This fee includes: unlimited wireless internet access, beach chairs, umbrellas and towel service at our pools and Beach Club, shoe shine (upon request), round trip transportation to the Beach Club, Aventura Mall and Turnberry Isle Marina, in-room coffee and tea service, complimentary access to the fitness center and steam rooms at the Spa & Fitness Center, local and 800 number calls, discount booklet for Aventura Mall, and daily newspaper (upon request.) Gratuities for food & beverage, spa, bellmen, valet and concierge are not included. Refrigerators, microwaves, and rollaway beds can be requested for a nominal daily fee.

• Family Policy: Children 17 and under stay complimentary in room with parents and are not charged the daily service fee.

• Pet Policy: Turnberry Isle Miami welcomes all four-legged, furry friends that are 25 lbs. and under to the resort. Guests with pets will incur a fee of $25 per stay, plus a one-time, non-refundable cleaning fee of $100. Note: Working dogs are exempt.

• Luggage Storage Policy: Luggage storage beyond the duration of guest’s paid stay is available in our Guest Services Department at $5.00 per bag, per day. The maximum number of nights for luggage storage is 30 nights.

• Shipping Policy: Turnberry Isle Miami will accommodate guests by receiving packages and luggage prior to arrival. All shipments to arrive no more than five days prior to your arrival date or they may incur storage fees. Please assure the name on the shipment matches the name on the reservation for prompt delivery. A convenience fee of $6 per package $51 dollars per pallet will be applied to your bill for all incoming shipments. Turnberry Isle Miami will provide complimentary coordination for your outgoing shipments. Please contact Turnberry Services to arrange for package delivery between the hours of 7 AM and 7 PM.

Turnberry Isle Miami advises guests to insure their packages for the full value of the contents when shipping. Turnberry does not offer these services; they can be obtained through the shipping company. Should a package become lost after receipt by the hotel, the hotel may be held liable for $100 or the value of the package whichever is lesser. By sending your package to the hotel you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth by the hotel management which may change from time to time.
